1. How can I buy?

It is as easy as registering and creating a personal account  to add the products you wish to your shopping cart.

At the moment of formalizing your order just follow the web instructions.
You can pay either through credit card, bank transfer or Pay Pal. You will receive an e-mail message informing you about your order status. It is very simple.

2. Means of payment.

You can pay either through bank transfer, Visa credit card, EuroCard and Mastercard or Pay Pal. All our payment methods have an Encryption system  and offer our clients the highest safety through a server based in SSL (Secure Socked Layer) standard security technology

3. Is it required a minimum purchase amount?

There is no need of a minimum order to purchase in KitchenSpain. You will receive your order regardless of its amount. All items show information about the minimal quantity of units contained in each package in those products coming in boxes of more than one unit.

4. Which are the delivery times?

Delivery time may change depending on the mark and product and it is stated in each of our cards. Since we work with products coming from all over the world, KitchenSpain cannot be liable for any delays caused either  by transportation companies or complications during production process. Notwithstanding this, KitchenSpain will inform you in due time of any possible delays. Furthermore, there might  be variations of delivery dates during summer season or factories rest days because of their holidays period.

5. What does it mean “original furniture”?

All products from KitchenSpain catalogue are 100% original. Every product card contains information about furniture’s provenance, designer and manufacturer which you can consult. This means that manufacturers hold the license of the products they commercialize hence respecting the designers or their legal heirs as well as the mode of production. Therefore, the quality and durability of a product or the reputation achieved over the years of a given classic design are guaranteed. Without such manufacturers-designers chain, the world of innovation and design would never move forward. Designers not only create interesting products, many of them collaborate actively with manufacturers in order to achieve a production more ecological, innovative and sustainable with maximum respect for environment and human rights. Purchasing an original product manufactured under conditions complying with  labor and environment regulations means to contribute to a more sustainable world.

6. Are there any special conditions for interior design professionals?

Yes, of course there are. Every interior design professional  (architects, interior designers, and advisors)  can contact directly with our commercial department. We will study each case according to your needs to offer you the best possible terms.

7. Does KitchenSpain offer any special conditions for catering industry?

Yes, they do. Apart from offering more competitive prices according to purchasing volume , KitchenSpain offers excellent quality and durability guarantees because we work exclusively with original fims who care about product excellence.

8. Can I buy from the isles?

There is no problem since you can do it online but it is better to contact directly with us in order to study each particular case and get the best transportation conditions.

9.  Can I return the goods upon reception?

9.1) Given the product’s characteristics, we will admit claims for those products which were broken due to transportation causes . For that purpose, you will have to state the incident  in the carrier’s waybill. After goods reception, you have a claims period of 24 hours in case of incident.
Please send us a picture through e-mail  showing the incident so that we can process it. After expiry of the 24 hours period, we will not be liable if the incident was caused by the transportation company.

9.2) If you are not satisfied upon reception of your order, you can exercise your right of return within 14 calendar days from the reception’s date. Picking and shipping costs related to items returned will be charged to the customer. By exception, the right of withdrawal will not apply if the items involved were manufactured according to client’s instructions  or they were clearly customized.

9.3) In some cases, colors and sizes are approximate and close to reality but not 100% reliable. For specific cases you must consult with us since expenses for goods returned because of technical reasons will be covered by the customer.

9.4) To start the procedure, the product must be returned in New (unused and undamaged) condition and in the original manufacturer packaging. After reception of goods at our warehouse and checking of product conditions, we will refund the amount through  the same mean of payment used by the client within a period of 30 days maximum.

10.  What does shipping costs include?

The product prices do not include transportation costs. Unless otherwise stated in our web, freight costs are always covered by the client but we can handle the transportation. Stocked items: for non stocked items the waiting time is of 90 days maximum from the date of order’s confirmation. Those freight charges concerning undeliverable items due to access problems will be charged to the customer who will pay the round trip. Please state any information or detail to facilitate the delivery. Prices do not include the assembling for those articles which might need it. Freight service does not include bringing items up to the floors. Material is delivered fully packed and protected in its box. If by any reason you want the product to be unpacked before its final destination, we will not be liable for any damage occurred. Delivery times shown in the website are approximate; KitchenSpain is not liable for any delays occurred because it is an external service. Any claim must be addressed directly to the transportation company since at the moment of your purchase you hire a service for which we are not  responsible.
